Documenting Progress
Over the course of three years, Sergio Salgado photographed various areas in Tanzania to document the progress of World Bank projects. He traveled to schools, hospitals, senior centers, power plants, local businesses, water projects and conferences. The goal was to meet with people directly affected and/or benefitting from World Bank Group Tanzania’s development work. The images shown are a sample of portraits and photographs taken during this impactful journey.
